Stuti Jain is a Delhi NCR based artist, who studied Art from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara in 2021. Stuti uses her installations and figurative ceramics to narrate metaphors and retell stories. She is inspired by Aristotle’s theories of Mimesis and Catharsis. Her works are an amalgamation of cultural imprints and deep connections with the act of making. The deeply rooted systems of society and its relation with us are highlighted in herseries ‘Identity Manifestation’. She received an Art Excellence Award from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara during her B.F.A. study. Stuti received a merit-based fellowship to study at Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, Spain. She has been a part of the prestigious Kochi Students Biennale in 2018 and 2021. She has been a part of multiple solo and group shows at Goa, Vadodara; All India Academy of Fine Arts Amritsar and Indian Habitat Center, New Delhi.
