Sidharth learnt to paint signboards and murals early in life in his village. Later he also learnt to paint Thangkas from the Tibetan monks. He received a formal training in art through a five-year diploma in painting from Government College of Arts, Chandigarh. Sidharth has participated in several exhibitions in the UK, Sweden, the US, Singapore and Hong Kong besides India.
