Jayshree Basak:
Born in 1984, Jayshree holds Bachelors in Visual Arts from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata and a Masters in Fine Arts from Santiniketan. Jayashree has received world renowned recognition in the field of printmaking. In the year of 2007 she also received a National Scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. The artist is currently a practicing Visual Artist and Printmaker and also an art teacher in the Future Hope School, Kolkata. The artist lives and works in Kolkata.
