M. Krishnan
M. Krishnan (1912-1996) was an artist, writer, and wildlife photographer who became one of IndiaâÂÂs finest naturalists. He was the youngest son of the celebrated novelist and social reformer A. Madhaviah. Krishnan spent months at a time living in the forests of India, dedicated to studying the natural world. Using only his pen and camera, he worked directly in the field to document and record his firsthand observations of Indian wildlife and nature.
