Nand Katyal (b. 1935) is a celebrated contemporary artist who moved from Lahore to Delhi following the Partition. He studied Fine Art at the Delhi Polytechnic and served as secretary of the Delhi Silpi Chakra (1963–1967) and was the director of the 10th Triennale India in 2001. His acclaimed works are in thecollections of institutions like National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi.
